I am an Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist and Counsellor, and I am extremely passionate about giving each client I work with, a chance to be seen and heard. I work in an empathic, heart-felt way and I believe that a trusting relationship is the foundation for therapeutic change. I work with children, young people and adults and parents. As well as working in private practice, I am currently working as a school counsellor providing therapy to children and young people on a one to one basis in a variety of schools across Essex and London.

I hold a current enhanced DBS certificate, and am up to date on safeguarding training.

As well as my therapeutic work, I am also an experienced primary school teacher, and have worked with children and young people for over 25 years.

In my spare time, I practice mindfulness, and I enjoy being creative and ‘arty!’. I also love going for walks in the countryside.

Qualifications:

Master of Arts in Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy and Counselling.

Post Graduate Diploma in Child and Adolescent Counselling

Certificate in the foundations of Adult Counselling and Psychotherapy.

BEd Teaching Degree, specialising in Art.
